BTE Automotive Remain Open During New Lockdown

BTE will remain open during the forthcoming lockdown...


We have adapted. We have evolved. We have engineered a new way to work.


Our team have worked incredibly hard over the past  few months in a “new normal”.


We are classed as an “essential business”. Our services support every single individual. We will be making some further adaptations to our business process to further protect our staff, our clients and of course reduce as much pressure on the vital services provided by the NHS.


Changes will include:


- No client waiting area

- Limited ;Collection and delivery' service available

- Facemasks used by technicians in all vehicles

- Extended waiting times for repairs as we complete additional safety inspections

- Track and Trace available upon arrival

- Increased hygiene levels


Our team have been briefed and we will work together to ensure we provide a safe and clean working environment for you to feel comfortable to visit.
